Im looking to buy bitcoins and i was wondering if their was a script around that i can use to harvest information like

1.PayPal email

2.i need it to show a new bitcoin address each time for members to make a deposit.

Im looking for something in PHP. i know i can do the first part myself. im just not familiar with any APIs

Just saying,

if you're honest and looking to buy bitcoins with PayPal (in a scripted-, webservice-way like that), you risk losing access to your PayPal-Account,
if you're dishonest everyone else risks their bitcoins.

Plain and simple: Bitcoin and PayPal don't match well, either you, or your customers will sooner or later lose money..
