Did you know that if you are an American under 18 years old and you use your cell phone to send a nude “selfie” of yourself to a friend, you can be convicted of manufacturing and distributing “child pornography” and sent to prison? In case you are too old to be in the loop, a “selfie” is a photo that one makes of oneself.

This has happened before and I thought it had been resolved that the minor wouldn't be charged with an offense like that.  I could be totally wrong, and if I am then the law is idiotic.  And it wouldn't surprise me in the least.

Still laughing about the idiot that shot him self last week taking a selfie with his gun.

This law does not shock me as I have read kids getting jail when the girl is 3 months younger than the boyfriend and her parents want him out of the picture. Its disgusting that stuff like this happens.

Some of those laws are a little strange.  I have known 17 year old girls that are more experienced than 19 year old guys.  So in situations like that it's a little unfair to punish the guy.
