I cant say for sure.  But if you go to the telegram https://t.me/pepecoins and if you ask the devs or one of the helpers such as @damoos3  if they can make some sort of one-time exception for you to bridge even tho the bridge period was officially over on Nov 11th

I was a fan of pepecoin.io until I found out it's a bit shady, I switched to pepecoin.org as it is the only layer 1 blockchain for pepe the frog and a code fork of dogecoin. Wish you all the best though!
