I searched little bit and I found some people saying it's a scam . Try to contact their support if they have any , otherwise you should open a scam accusation on the forums .

They have contact option. Enter Blockadz site, look superior bar, right: Helpdesk. Put your mouse over it and a letter will appear with contact option. Click there and send your message to them.
