I have this error message
Sorry, something very bad has happened - please try again later

I have this issue for 11 hours now

Tested with different brothers on computer and Cell Phone

Yes, i have got the same issue. It worries me because i haven`t claimed yet for today and if they can`t fix it before server time reaches tomorrow then i will loose my hardly earned everyday claim bonus.  I think this is the case for many users and i hope they can do something about it if they won`t be able to fix it today.

I am not sure if it was a country think. I am from north Europe. Anyway, i managed to claim now and i hope server date was 08/03. I guess i will see that tomorrow. If not i will try to contact the owner. I don`t want to lose my "Daily loyalty bonus".

Works fine for me.  Maybe it was down and now it's fixed.  If it's still a problem, then it may be an issue with your account.

So far at this moment,its still working and I find no problem. I'd claimed already twice. I think only the bonuses were affected as I find the loyalty bonus is zero.Hope this is already fixed. Good Luck.

i don't have see this error, i have used moon all day today and claim every 20-30 minutes without problem (i'm italian and the rewards for me now is very low)

I think admin Fraud. Thus it resets the loyalty bonus.
The message I see on all the accounts registered on XAPO.
admin just stealing our money.

If it cannot ensure the correct operation of the loyalty bonus will let you close the site.

seriously ?? your money ? .. hit f5 in your browser and the message dissapear .. always got paid via xapo .. this error occors sometimes if you have the site open the hole day long

This problem occurs for me at least once week but not for the whole day. i have these issue for only few hours

I will not do anything, it clears up automatically after few hours for me

yes .. and i dont know why somebody say scam when a payment doesnt work for a few hours ..sometimes there have things to be done on the server etc without turning the page offline .. but the thing with "stealing my money" is a realy nice P.O.V *LoL*

thats risky only one time in 24h .. if that doent work like now .. i dont know how the system works but i would wait until the payment works again and see if the bonus is really gone .. at the moment no one can claim i think

Every 24 hours is normal . This inscription appears today for almost 12 hours. Is constantly on the website ? I don't have other things to do ?
