I'm working on the roadmap, you can check progress of the ICO yourself. I think first step of roadmap should be finished in few days, but we will see.

why did you lower the price? isnt 200 sat already a low price?

Because many people pointed out that it was much cheaper to mine than to buy in ICO. Mining is still slightly cheaper, but not much.
