It is right if some one is giving easily free high bitcoins then it means their is some thing which he is getting 10 times more or else he is getting users under the trust and then scam them on high notes. Yes the situation is along with the free 20 u need to show at least 200 in the acc. before one can request a payout..There are just so many accounts that are given the free 20 and there are just a few left before the offer ends..as for the  http://parked.uniweb.no..yes we have been getting that because what im told the site is blocking sum countries from logging on..Its Friday I this offer is just about wrapping up so I might not be responding anymore unless its a private message ,,GOOD LUCK ALL..P,S. im told sum new sign ups have more than one account due to they are checking  IP addresses.
