if you send  two orders each 0.5 seconds, it could deal with the same second.

AND my transaction as you can see in the image above was 2/3 seconds delay (Check the txs above) but it was recieved at the same second!!, NOW IF THIS IS NOT A PROOF THAT SECONDSTRADE.COM IS SCAMMING PEOPLE THAN I DONT KNOW HOW TO PROVE ANYTHING ANYMORE!!!!

I read this problem before from someone here in our forum the same as your issue that the problem is even he sent delay 1 second for every transaction they got the same time... and i think this is not a provably fair.. this is not a scam we can call it fraud..
