Hi,

What command do i have to use in my terminal, to install updates from (xubuntu 12.04) from an ssh machine??

If your ssh'd in then its just the same commands, sudo apt-get update and sudo apt-get upgrade. There's more sophisticated options but that's the basics, I'd suggest reading up on ssh security too though.
