any bitcoin debit card without lifetime load limit anonymously

i am having some of the research about what kind of bitcoin debit card is without a lifetime limit, and with a <3% fees?
the biggest reason is, the majority of the bitcoin debit cards have a lifetime limit without verification, due to privacy, this is not convenient at all; anyway this request is for the people wishing for as well.

There isn't any as far as I know and it's not up for the Debit cards to decide I suppose , because it's something related to the banks related with those cards .

I mostly use E-coin its working pretty well if you ask me and its also very fast, I already paid a lot of things with it.
I even did buy my daily food stuff already one time, I think more people should look at it.

I think there's no bitcoin debit card without lifetime limit all of them you should renew if its expire.. but 3 years is a long journey and its easy to renewal it again or extend the lifetime.. if the debit card is expired...or you can try bit-x if they can offer debitcard with 10 years limit or without limit..
