Try to update your config with the one on the op it has more nodes. And also i am solo mining with a computer so i am unsure how your setup would work

Looks like you have a wallet running with the same port as Pulse. Close both of those wallet, edit the port and rename the conf file before re-opening Pulse wallet. Sometimes it need a file renaming for the wallet to refresh the new information.
