We have contacted 4 pool owner, we are waiting there reply.

till you cant fix the issue with the Port given on wallet , it seems no one will add pool

Fix that Issue that Wallet can CHANGE ports

try this:
cd /opt
git clone https://github.com/elcrypto/Pulse.git
cd Pulse

and follow the instructions in doc/readme-qt.rst

thanks for that ive been trying for a while and cant manage to get it compiled so maybe ill go back to windows , ive always wanted to play with linux but i cant even compile / install a simple wallet lol on ubunty i might try linix mint now lol

Yes i save it, but if i change port to 9997 wallet crashing and still bound to 29997.

Hi, Change to listen=0 and it'll work for the time being (until its patched) RPCport will/can be what ever you set it to..
