Antminer S5 bad boards advice

Hello,
I have an s5 that stopped hashing after a soft restart - it's the "!!!!soft set defult asic num 30!!!" case.
The board LEDs are inactive, on the IO board the "D1" LED blinks on a clock, the others very rarely turn on, and if they do, they take a while to turn back off.
In disbelief that both boards failed simultaneously, I now have two working IO/BB board sets and no working hashing boards.

Any advice on how to proceed?
