[wtb] I got scammed on pp need to win dispute

Please help me i payed for the service that was not delivered and i made a claim with all the proof, but he called them and provide fake proof just sent email to me with pasted text to look like he delivered something.

My pp is verified please im ready to pay somone if you can make this in my advantage. pp alredy closed cases but still i can complain. please if you have expiriance with pp claims contact me.

But i know that paypal usually do not accept e-mails as evidence because it can be easy faked at least that is what they told me when i was in a dispute for some sold digital goods.

But if you did pay it via your credit card to paypal you can try to chargeback your credit card.

You're the one who needs to call them. If he had won then maybe the proofs he sent is valid enough. I don't think paypal will fvor the other if it isn't. Try contacting them and be more brief on explaining.

If you want to call them and can't use a free service then use a landline or something, if you want this to be resolve then try buying a voip credit to be able to call them.

without a valid on line tracking = you don't receive anything.
so you get a fake receipt but it's an empty one... without any value

There is no way you can win it .paypal doesnot cover such transactions .i know from experience

That`s why i don`t use paypal very often.
