Please be more specific on what you want to do and what you are asking. Are you trying to make an altcoin? What do you "add node to crypto wallet"?

If you want to add nodes to your wallet you need to make a coinname.conf file and add "addnode=insertnodeip" on the file

Depends on the wallet you're using.Mind providing detailed information? Most of the online wallets provide a direct adding notes service while sending money which is automatically synced with the server.The procedure is different in Electrum and Core.
