Bitcoins maybe the currency of the 21st century, yet some people are still living in the 1800's.
Personally I wouldn't have posted it. But that's merely my opinion, I guess I've become too old for showing off. I did and would have done it when I was younger though.

I'm aware of that some girls flaunt their merchandise for bitcoins, and if that's what they enjoy, I'm not the one to tell them otherwise. With lots of single nerds using bitcoins, I'm sure they'll have an audience.
As for the porn industry, it's always been quick to take up on new technologies, in fact it's driven much of the development online.
When it comes to bragging and showing off, I think if you have a nice girlfriend, or you go on a nice vacation, then that should be enough in itself. Enjoy the companionshop or the trip. Some people want to share it with others, like 'look here's my sexy girlfriend' or 'look, I'm here on the beach, showing off my tanned body, I'm something, great isn't it'. What's it with this need to constantly update on the web what you're up to ? Chill out and have a good time, enjoy the time away from the ordinary life.
In the end, I think happiness comes from within, not from how many admirers you have that you can impress with anything that you have or anything that you show off, to me - all of that is meaningless. When I travel with my gf, I do take some pics for private enjoyment, but I have absolutely zero need to put them online for everyone to see.
But I was more concerned with looks and impressing others when I was younger, I guess that when you become older and you mature, you become more confident, and is not looking to others for praise, approval and confirmation.
I'm not here to tell anyone what to do, people should do whatever they feel like, but people do change. And usually when people get older, they have less of a need to impress others.
All this being said, sure it was a nice girl, and you probably have a good time together, I wish you stay happy.
