 I have Electrum 2.5.4, I received transaction last week and its confirmed so far I had issue loading this       transaction when open Electrum client.

Could you provide more detail as to what problem you face whilst trying to access your funds? Is your client synced? If it is you will see a green right at the right bottom of your client. If not then click on it and select a server manually.

Its synced and green bottom working but last transaction not display yet. I received this transaction last week and its confirmed at Blockchain.info

That's odd. Is the address where you received the coins showing up at the addresses tab? Is your wallet balance correct? Even if it shows synced, try changing the server and let it re-sync. Do you mind sharing the transaction ID or the address?

 I have known the reason for the error that because of slow Internet connection
