Because Pulsarcoin initial value is base on Bitcoin price  every POW block will be reward

0.005 in Bitcoin to each block finder.+ the initial 201 Psc reward per block distributed between all the miner.

Thats why its call PROOF OF WORK REWARD

You will need to input your Btc address in the mining process to get the Btc reward

On pool If you dont do this you will abandonnated the Btc reward to the next Block finder.

For solo mining its the same thing except when this happen your Btc reward is distributed between all the connected Node and the next block finder.
