Yes I agree,your country looks like it has expensive prices in the local market.I have sold the majority of these cards,they were rx 570 and rx 580 from 60-80 dollars each.A lot of gamers were very happy with my prices and they sold pretty quick after having served me well during their prime time in mining through 2017-2019 years.I also told the gamers that they have been used heavily in mining but they didn't care and bought them.

Looks like for you Aliexpress or Ebay is a good bet to try and find these cards with cheaper prices,I am sure you can find them there.You can use your debit card there which I assume everyone has one nowadays.

In my country, these used RTX 3060ti graphics cards sell for $400 or more. For $350 only bulk purchase is possible.
Why such a disbalance in prices for video cards in your country?
If you don't have the opportunity to buy Rx470 on aliexpress or ebay, then choose other video cards.
