You can. You can choose from 100 satoshi bet, 1mbtc bet 100mbtc bet so you will be eligible for the prize. If you choose to bet 100 satoshi your reward will be 0.01 in the end. You can use the faucet to bet sice the faucet gives 200 satoshi if I remember right
