I don't want to give my id to anyone, I don't get why I can't withdraw my hard earned coins without sharing personal info.

Any method there to do it really anonymously? Thank you

apart from cointocard.co I don't think there is any anonymous method

the problem is that as far as 2-3 years ago bitcoin exchangers didn't ask a load of info. As soon as Bitcoin gained popularity the NSA took over

Coinbase and Bitstamp need to be avoided, I wouldn't touch those websites with a yard long stick

If you have a bank account just have someone do a cash deposit into your account.  One person will know your name.

Or you can sell for cash in person.

I think btc-e.com does still not proof identities. They are not operating officially because the country they are located in is not bitcoin friendly.

I think you can withdraw anonymously there. In the worst case they can only give out what they have. Which in fact turns it into an exchange used by scammers. Of course many users from developed countries use it too because other exchanges don't allow them to register.

Please ALWAYS contact me through bitcointalk pm before sending someone coins.

It's hard to do it 100% anonymously. You can try paying someone else to go to a bitcoin ATM and sell their bitcoin, although that person can be traced back to you. You don't need id to sell at an bitcoin atm though so if you don't mind being able to be traced (very unlikely), go to an ATM. Maybe wear a hood and a cap to kinda hide your face to the security camera. Also, if you use an ATM you shouldn't be traced unless your coins came from a big scam or something.

Withdrawing in what sense? And withdrawing from where?

If you mean exchanging them for your local currency then a select few atms might do it but they're all different. Cash via localbitcoins but then you're having to meet someone. Possibly gift cards but it depends on who's selling them. No one said it was gonna be easy.

I don't know you can withdraw it anonymously.
I agree with GambleDev and advise you to stay away from Coinbase.

Uh, you can always do this by exchanging someone who does cash deposit.

Or the option of cash in mail, or the cash in person route. Not much options outside from those things.

if you use a bank account, it's not anonymous in any case, even without providing id, but you could use kraken for this case, they do not request id for a certain limited amount

witdraw from where?if you witdraw bitcoins from exchange, its easy to do that, just witdraw to your new account. if you will witdraw bitcoin to cash money and use bank account,it will not anonymously, the only way is cash on delivery with people, you can sell your bitcoin to people on this forum.

no I'm sorry but they all ask for some kind of verification Cry

anyway you can send Bitcoin to your credit card using cointocard.co and it's anonymous. There are fees but it's worth it

It wasn't like that just few years ago, I'm really disappointed by mainstream exchangers Angry

If you are using a credit card, there is going to be a set limitation.

Before you end up having to provide ID for bigger bulk purchases similar to how coinbase did it.

I really doubt exchanges will let a fake ID go through. Even services with way smaller returns check ID's very carefull. They are responsible to know the person they deal with.

OP, did you check btc-e.com out in the meantime? I doubt that they lately added verification.

Please ALWAYS contact me through bitcointalk pm before sending someone coins.

the real anonymity will be reached only if you exchange bitcoin with cash (physically change it hand to hand) any other way will require you to give some kind of information even if it is a PayPal account (or anything similar) will link your identity to bitcoin

Trading cash in person is surely not anonymous. The exchanger probably knows your phone number and your face. Some even make a copy of your id because they already got a visit from the police because bitcoins he received were stolen. It's needed then that he can protect himself.

So no, even without a copy of the ID, I would not consider it safe.

When btc-e.com still does not verify then this might be a way to hide. Of course the question is withdrawing to what...

someone already suggested cointocard.co, don't use traditional exchangers because they're not anonymous. Use that website to refill your card and you're done. The money take about 2 days to show up

What are the charges like on cointocard? Do they charge you for not using the cards for example, like some providers?

Edit: I see the fees are 1% + 7.98 USD/EUR

Is that an unofficial service? Since when they want to do it official then there would be no way that they could allow sending money from and to unknown persons. The risk of getting hurt because money laundering is happening would be way too high.

who is sending you the fund there? i can see it working like a sort of purse io where you send bitcoin to escrow, and a random stranger refill your credit card

is this how it work?
