Hi,
since I got in the mining game too late (or at least I have to wait till I can get my hands on my own ASIC) and as a newb I can only write in here.
Is there someone out there mining LTC with them? Or are there similar devices like those out there? They almost seem to be perfectly for my understanding as LTC miners. What´s their hashrate?

The hash rate for a Raspberry PI would be very very low and not worth mining on.

I also thought about that. In fact this small PC is able to play back HD Videos.
But a little further reading I got to know that the GPU on the RasPi is not programmable.

Nevertheless the Raspberry Pi is a great device for an incredible price!

There is no current way of using the Raspberry Pis GPU to mine any kind of coins. It's possible, but it wouldn't be very profitable. There aren't any published datasheets on the GPU but you can get the driver "source" - however, much of the driver is a binary blob which makes the "source" pretty useless for what you want.

I wanted to know the hashrate for SCRYPT (Litecoins). I guess for SHA256 they´re really useless.
Do you/anybody know any hashrate (SCRYPT or SHA256) of the AllWinner A10 board. It seemed interesting at first sight also...

BTW: Are there any other cheap boards (with developed sofware? I´m no programmer...) like this useable if you buy a huge bunch for mining anything?

The hashrate would be insignificant for mining Bitcoin or Litecoin in this case. For Bitcoin mining, you could look into FPGA's as lower cost dev boards that could be repurposed, but ASIC's will make them worthless at the end anyway...

Came in it too late to gather the first 2 batches of Avalon and don´t wanna wait months and start right now with something to make a few coins...
