Your account is almost new with no trade history, there would be a low probability that some one would trust you with exchanging BTC for Skrill since Skrill is reversible. You can try virvox but expect some excessive fees that you need to pay.

Skrill is a reversible payment method and bitcoin is a non-reversible payment method.

Since you have no trust here you need to offer another method of payment.
