did you sign in to your wallet from two different devices?

they might have locked it automatically to prevent losing your coins in case your wallet was compromised. there must be an email in your inbox about this.

if it is not fixed in 209 min send them a ticket and investigate the reason.

This error occurred because of a failure password
If you fail to enter the password as many as 10 x I will be locked while, if it was not you who did that mean someone knows your indetifier code

And if someone knows your identifier code he is trying to bruteforce and find your password, I hope you have a long secure password together with 2FA setup, otherwise I would be worried if its not been you who put 10 x wrong the password.

yeah i used two devices, i open it on my mobile and my PC but it's usually no problem until today.
it makes sense now, i'll send a ticket to them now.

i'm sure didn't make that 10x wrong password because i saved it on my browser.

this wallet contains not much coins usually so i didn't set 2FA , i am worry too that my wallet was bruteforced by someone, but since there's only little amount bitcoin stored i think it's not worth to do it but who knows.

Thanks everyone. i'll update my stats later.

I think you may have keep the vpn client open if you are using any of those kind of vpn and proxy stuffs. Or it may be because you may have clicked the expired verification link you get in past.

thats just bummer 200 minutes more to spend before you can access your coins. this is another reason to maybe use the hard wallet.
this is probably due to the update they did weeks ago, there seen to have issues about it lately and users get to complain about sign message being taken out.

If it is due to their update last week of course I also will experience not just one or two people, but I did not experience the same thing This all works fine. My hunch someone tries to access your account perhaps from software or application that you download try to check your computer

Someone can help me?

Open the wallet in desktop browser and scan the device which you want to connect like mobiles or tablets. I haven;t face these kind of problems ever but even I am using same blockchain.info only.

I'm sure this is because you use TOR/VPN to open blockchain wallet, you know they system now pretty strict but susceptible to hack or error system. Better to transfer your bitcoin to cold wallet.

Reformat and restore your computer, then move your funds to a totally different blockchain.info wallet, so you can get a different identifier.

looking for a signature campaign, dm me for that

I recommend you after you get access to your wallet successfully to export your private keys from block chain wallet and save them in a secret place. This will help you have access to your btc whenever you face login problems with blockchain.info or the site goes down.
