Hi, if someone is interesting I have a US Paypal account with $41.25 on it. Account doesn't verified and when I try to send money it asks about phone number in order to send sms verification. I've tried to use google number, but it didnt work. Account was registered by me with a fake name. I wanted to pay for VPS hosting, but something went wrong lol. If someone knows how to withdraw money from it I can sell it.
How did u get the balance on the account? If it is obtained by a trade wuth someone u know, u can ask if they can perform a chargeback and pay yout to a new PayPal account. That helped for me, idk if u are able to do that.
