I think btc2bid is has a very good idea to exchange bitcoin with person to person system. I know lots of peer to peer sytstems. but this is first person to person xchange platform I think.

1. You will be asked to deposit to btc2bid once you have a matched deal, in this case you deposit to the escrow.
2. Your referral listed on the Invite Friend menu, even there is always notification when someone registered using your referral link.
