Introducing Dynamic Fees

We’re always looking for ways to improve how our users can send and receive Bitcoin. Lately, there’s been a good deal of congestion on the Bitcoin network, and with this we’ve seen unusual delays for some transactions.

it would be a good update for noobs who do not know fees they should pay with the current transactions volume.
I hope they will finish adding this update in their android wallet soon

It will be very interesting to find out if this is going to work. Dynamic fees might get you a faster chance of getting your first confirmation, but they can also ask you to pay a lower fee as the priority of the coins is high. These lower fee transactions may not confirm that fast as pools mostly pick the transactions with the highest fees first. They don't always look at priority. Pools are very picky nowadays.
