I need 1.6 Bitcoin. Can pay back in 2 weeks, probably sooner. Willing to do promisary note, ID scan, picture-whatever. I'm not going to default on a 1.1 BTC loan. Message me if interested and we can talk interest rates.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.
