Wtb some Bitcoin for a NetSpend FlashPay transfer. I am new here, but had also bitcoins in the past. Just trying to speed up the procedure comparing with buying locally.

Being new here I will accept to make the transfer first and even to wait a resonable time so the seller to withdraw the funds if necesarry.
