The amount you want to buy is really a high amount of bitcoins (~135BTC right now), i have never trader there so i would risk sending the money there.

Please make a deeper research about it, as i said i have never ever trader there so i don't know about their reputations, and since it the deal is about 135BTC+ i suggest to make a deeper research, search on google yourself and wait for other members here to give you suggestions.

I used to own this site but it expired May 2015.
Not sure who owns it now.
Anyone could have done a back-order from a domain registrar.

You should do it yourself and use a known and respected third-party and for this high transactions don't ever ever trust ANY website.
For technical problems with multi-sig you can always contact #bitcoin at freenode and people here or me.
(Yes, don't really trust websites for big transactions and after

Yes. I will assume that you are considering to have ~$55k worth of bitcoin sent to a 2-of-3 multisig address in which each of you and your trading partner will each hold one of the keys required to spend funds from such address and btc-asia.com will hold the 3rd key.

The person/entity behind btc-asia.com could potentially collaborate with your trading partner to steal the BTC contained in the multi-sig address, with each of them receiving a portion of the BTC, or the person/entity behind btc-asia.com could be the same person you are trading with and they could decide to steal the BTC in the multisig address.

You will need to trust the escrow facilitating the transaction with the entire amount being held in escrow, regardless of if multi-sig is being used or not. If you would not trust the owner of btc-asia.com with $55k worth of bitcoin then you should not trust them to escrow a deal for you.
