There are many that can be choose. E-Coin(Wirex) or Bit-X debit card would be the best option, IMO. Both of them offer virtual debit card and can be reloaded with Bitcoin, AFAIK.

this make the price competitive and before going to use the service you should see their fees,and review

Don't go with coinbase, they are a pain to deal with
I'd recommend  Spectrocoin and e-coin, i got mine on the christmas deal on e-coin
Also there's advcash that gives you a reloadable debit card, but their fees for deposit are kinda high so i never really use their services
Tips: choose the one with the lowest fee possible

Well, Spectrocoin is almost the same with E-Coin(Wirex) IMO. They had the same minimum amount of deposit though it's much cheaper if you purchase a virtual card from Spectrocoin. I'd use E-Coin as I have both good and bad experience using them in the past (and I'm still using them TBH), but everything was dealt flawlessly.
