Evidently they cant handle payouts either.

I have been waiting since the end of January for
two - thousand dollar checks!

Multiple e-mails to them and just run around responses.
For the last two weeks no response!

no more soup for them.

What - now I have to go to small claims court?
What a joy.

Uggg.  To there defense I had a withdrawal go through right away (this week) through Dwolla and it was over $500.

I do deposits and withdrawals with them almost daily through Dwolla and have never had any problems.  Usually takes a few hours, a day or two tops.

ETA: To more directly answer your question, had a $1,000 deposit from Dwolla go through this morning.  So not sure what the holdup might be on yours.

It sounds like their Dwolla handling might be relatively fast, but their check handling might be slow.

I used my bank's billpay to send them a check that should have arrived on 03/19/2013, but I have never received any confirmation from them that they received any money from me, nor has the check been cashed.  I figure I'd give them at least a month before I send off an email and follow-up on the deposit;  they probably have enough emails to go through as it is.

I've gone through and passed CampBX's KYC/AML verification process.  I don't know if being unverified would possibly slow down the process of depositing via check or not.

No special request - it's a payout option when you sell them coins.
They send you a postal money order for a small fee - you can cash them right
there at the post office.
They use to be pretty dam fast until like three months ago. I haven't used them
since this last mess up of theirs. Now it seems like they only mail out every
two weeks or so.
I have been forced to investigate other avenues.

What about recently? Especially in case sending the personal check. It did not take long a while ago but the check I sent recently has not cleared yet.

I just sent them a check.  Mailed it on Jan 3, it cleared my bank on Jan 9 and was in my account on Jan 14.  So took a couple days longer than I expected based on their FAQ, but not bad.

You might want to do a little forum search and see what you come up with.  Lots of problems with this place lately.  Their facebook page was covered with complaints too, until they deleted it.

Yes, I realized the many complaints to them especially customer support.

I could not find for this particular issue, re check deposit. Will wait for some time. Less problem for me as there is no direct loss as long as the check is not cleared. Rather they are making opportunity loss.

These days almost all major exchanges have same customer support issues. Please share if there is any exception. There are some which might provide good service but with less trading volume and not competitive bid-ask.  Undecided
