I have a question about when sending coins to different places. Just yesterday I ran into a problem. Just as an example. If I have 10.345 bitcoin in my blockchain wallet and want to send it to another place I'll setup an order and then try to send 10.345 coin. Blockchain won't let me send that exact amount. I always have to send a very smaller amount, like 10.33 or something. Are there transaction fees added on automatically to every one or something? And is the fee the same on all wallets?  I know on my local wallet there is a .001 fee there that can't be changed. Just trying to find out about what these fees are.

Thanks

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

Yes. Transaction fees are determined by how old the coins you are spending, and the amount of inputs too. It's 0.005 btc per KB.

You can simply wait for the coins to "age" and then pay no fees, and you can also pay no fees regardless and wait for a forked miner to include it in a block.
