What kind of bandwidth usage are we looking at here?  It is mostly going to be text based sites, or watching videos that will be sucking down gbs and gbs of data?

Screen scraper. You mean screensaver? I never trust those to run on my computer. How can you show that it is not a virus you are sending to the people you are hiring to Do this task for you 

Let me clarify what a screenscraper is. It is not a screensaver. It basically loads pages from a list of URLs, so the site owners will get ad profit.
