Ethereum trading/price thread

Hi all,

Looking to purchase Ether soon, and looking for an entry alot lower then current price. We have had a run to the upside and that we did see some heavy divergence at the top indicating that price would drop.
From readin the charts and seeing the price action, the prices will be heading lower..so for those wanting to get into Ether should be alittle patiente and wait for it to reach closer to the 6.8-6.3 area

Looking to buy around 1200 Ether at the 6.8-6.3 area, if we see some positive divergence before that price then i will def jump into it alot higher.
But for now i dont see any signs of showing strenght, it might head up to 12 usd to test that strong resistance but i am pretty sure it will head back Down.

IMO the subreddit is full of fanboys with few experienced traders. Waste of time.

At one time bitcoin chart looked like present Ether. Then the all time high was taken out and uptrend continued. Same applies to Ether. Buying now is a novice mistake. You want to wait until the ATH on March 12 is taken out on volume. Forget the buy low and sell high mantra. In the case of Ether you want to buy high and sell higher. Until the ATH is taken out Ether has not proven it has legs and is just one more pump and dump. I like Ether and hope it succeeds. By the way you are better off using ETH/BTC rather than ETH/USD charts for trading. Also volume is higher at Poloniex. Try the charts at cryptowat.ch

The bitcoinmarkets subreddit does an alt thread once a week that is full of real traders.

Somehow most of those who have boguht ETH when it was cheaper might wanna buy back from price range near that major support. I'm not into ETH but if ever I would try to inoder to put some other eggs to another basket I might as well set to buy maybe 0.01 or lower if possible.

interesting speculation.
i have a somewhat similar plan to buy ETH but i have not yet made my mind about it especially about the price, i am not sure yet about where to enter

around 6.5 seems a good point but i think i will wait and see how things are going to shape up by the time we get there.

The support Levels i have drawn in my chart are just that...support Levels.

If i see postive divergence i will look  to get into ether alot sooner then plannet, but for now i am watching the Levels and
waiting to see the selling stop and looking for divergenec With CCI is Works quite well.


I will be going longterm into Ether, so not planning on trading it 24/7, might sell when its very overbought when it eventualyl makes newer highs and then buy back
somewhat lower again to maximize profits.


Ether is btw breaking the support Level at 9.889, lets see f it holds.
Should it hold it might head back up to 12 usd and then back Down, but i am not buying it at this Level.
It should head lower and test the breakout area at 6.8- 6.3
