hi guys anyone know a easy guide on how to setup a alt coin pool ? any help would be great at the moment im trying this guide https://github.com/MPOS/php-mpos/wiki/Quick-Start-Guide

is there a easyer way

I beleive the YAAMP software is open source and free.  everyone seems be using that or a modified version lately.  Works great!  Google is your friend.

you Need also a Stratum Server  https://github.com/zone117x/node-open-mining-portal

Install a Wallet on your Server, make the config in the coin.conf
and use it in the Stratum Server.

Otherwise you can install a P2Pool, but is not as flexible as NOMP and MPOS Server.
