I had a family medical emergency so I need to raise funds. I only want PayPal, so I can have easy access to the money. My PayPal is also business verified.

Everything includes shipping! If you live in Europe or South America there will be an extra $15 for shipping.

All prices are negotiable. All equipment was used for about 7 months. Everything works.

2x 1600w Gold EVGA PSU - $90 each
3x 1300w G2 Gold PSU - $50 each
5x Gigabyte R9 270x - $120 each
7x AMD R9 280x - $170 each

2x Alcheminer 256 MH/s Scrypt Asic Miner - $1200 each
(bought 5 months ago)

Everything comes with original cables, GPUs have original boxes, PSUs don't

Let me know if you have any questions.

Your prices are very low. Do you have pictures of any of this equipment?

I would suggest that you ask for BTC and then convert such BTC into PayPal via the currency exchange section as there may not be many reputable people who are interested in buying these items who have PayPal funds.

Are you accepting escrow?

False.

PayPal chargebacks are not a guarantee so you may or may not win a dispute in the event you don't receive anything from the OP. Even if you do win a PayPal dispute, it would still allow a scammer the opportunity to attempt to launder stolen PayPal funds (this is assuming that the OP is selling non-existent hardware, which may or may not be the case).

I would feel safer with trusted escrow or if he just listed these on ebay.

eBay's fees are close to 10% I'd rather not bother. You can pay as Goods & Services with a smaller fee.

I'd take all the power supplies if you're willing to do escrow with OgNasty but I'm guessing that's not going to happen.

OP has been online since being asked again about escrow and for pictures and has not replied.

Looks like nothing more than a very lame scam attempt.
