What is the time interval between electrum sync?

Is there any way to configure it/ change it?

I received a transaction, and it still showed it  unfonfirmed, while it had 3 confirms already. I think the optimal sync time should be 2-3 minutes not more, because its very slow.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Electrum uses information from a server and should identify if a transaction is confirmed moments after the transaction gets included in a block. A solution you can try is to change the server by clicking the dot at the bottom right corner. You can also try using wallet.clear_history() in the console.

No it's direct, is there any way to change the sync timer to be faster?

electrum syncs with the servers the moment it detects a new block from the server (and when you open electrum). so it should be instant and there's no way to change that.
issues with your internet connection and/or with the reachable servers are the only things that can cause slow sync.

ranochigo already provided the possible solutions. but try turning auto-connect on if you haven't tried that before.
