Also paypal is reversible so if the guy really did scammed you , you can chargeback the payment you made. Another thing, this belongs to scam accusation not here in currency exchange section.

He want to sell me a magictorrents.com account for €. 60, he send to me a screenshot but I see immediatly that this screenshot is very old!!!! I'm a magician and I know that magic files that are in the screenshot are old!!!

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS USER! He is a SCAMMER.
