I am not agree with auction rule number two. no one will pay you that much big ammount first. you should use escrow. you are a newbie. and that is possbile that you are not the owner of the domain. first please proof your ownership for this domain. and second allow using escrow.. 10 or 25 btc is equal to 4000 to  9000$ ..
