I think you can find that line at anonibet but they seem to be having some problems over the recent period, I think it will be available at directbet as well closer to the match start..

You can't find it at good odds or at decent limits, Cloudbet is one of the best regarding limits and the number/types of bets available, Anonibet is offering a wide collection but not always... directdice doesn't offer full/half time odds mostly.

I have received the bet from one of the dark web bookie , I prefer to bet large today but everywhere i find a limit to the highest stake that a user can make and even the max stake is lesser than 0.05BTC. WTF Cool
