 Just wondering what might be the most cost effective method for cashing out MT Gox codes or coins? Either way there seems to be a charge to send the cash at the source bank, be that Gox or another exchange, then depending on the routing it may go via an intermediary and you get another charge so it could be 2x£30.

 Direct exchange on OTC is of course always a good option. But it's nice to know about the automated ways too.
