What does SEA stand for ? Seattle ? As much as I'm aware, there is always an other alternative of cashing bitcoins to Fiat.It involves verification of few documents but legit transfers unlike reversible paypal.

SEA as in South East Asia? Maybe you can try Singapore/Malaysia bitcoin exchanges? I think they allow withdrawal/deposit via selected banks.

It differs from country to country. In Singapore, we have fyb-sg as one of the oldest exchange that is trustable. In most countries, Localbitcoins would be a great option to try. LocalBitcoins is a platform which allows users to do trade with LocalBitcoins acting as the escrow. The seller/buyer can choose the payment method and usually, a lot of traders accepts bank transfers.

here you can get lot of buying/selling offer in your country. also you can trade with other country.

Try coins.ph. Although the main market is in PH they also service clients in SEA as far as I know. No paypal though.

You can also try GateCoin or ANXBTC

It looks like you are from Malaysia. I think one of my Malaysia friends used BitX for trading. Maybe you can try exploring?

I'm from SEA (Indonesia) and I'm using vip.bitcoin.co.id In this exchange we can cash out our bitcoin into our local bank account. If you are not from Indonesia, you can still use this exchang. You can convert your btc into voucher which can be sold to other users, here other users may buy your voucher with their ways (pp, pm, wire-transfer, skrill, etc) as agreed.

I'm in Australia, I think that counts as SEA Smiley

I trade with localbitcoins, sometimes with Westpac. I trade using BTC-E. It took me a week to verify my ID, but after that, everything's smooth.

Well said, Bitcoin is the largest sea. None can know everything in bitcoin. No one can master it. Everyone knows a part or a section of bitcoin. Lets have the try to travel through the sea for a long time.
