It is not much of a PC game but I enjoy SecondLife and VRchat. They both provide the feeling of living in a virtual world that it makes me want to live in the virtual world permanently myself. Being in it for half an hour is not enough.

My favourite game is GTA  5. I can drive car or bike, I can shoot, I can stell money. I like to have a lot of  money because then it is possible  buy some good cars, planes or buildings. I wait when I can play in online mode.

Roller Coaster Tycoon 2. 1 is practically the same but smaller, 3 had its upsides but the 3D graphics are fucking ugly. The Mobile game was awful and I'm waiting for the latest installment to not be so buggy. I couldn't spend more than ten minutes in that game last time I gave it a shot.
