Didn't you read the rules? And didn't you click the auction Time link above?
Its 4:40 PM right now in this auction, and it follows that time zone.

Auction ends at 6:00PM, as of rule 1, first post adds an hour.
If another person bids higher then you it will be 7PM it ends.
And if another person bids higher then that person it ends at 8PM.
