Ähm, nein! Die maximale Blocksize ist ein Mechanismus, um die Überlastung einzelner Knoten im Netzwerk (z.B. durch eine grosse Menge an Signaturoperationen) zu verhindern. Ein dynamisches System, welches durch die (missbräuchliche/böswillige) Nutzung das Limit verschiebt, ist daher offensichtlich kontraproduktiv.
