Wla naman masama sumubok ng sumubok tignan na lang kung magkano talaga ang kikitain ng site.. syempre mag set kayu ng araw kung hanggang saan ang imomonitor mo kung ilan ang revenue ng site na nakuha sa ibat ibang ad network..
Pwede ako tumulong jan para madadagdagan ang revenue ng site.. pero kailangan mo kontakin ako sa skype para dito.. kung pag kakatiwalaan ka sa mga ideang alam ko maisasali mo ko sa site mo as one of the official.. Marami akong idea akso mahirap dahil wla ako mga kasama na pwedeng tayong mag karon ng profit kahit $5000 usd in a month..

Introducing a profit sharing site on its early inception may have a good and not so good effect.
First, it helps to attract more user that translates to a more revenue for the site.
Second, but it could back fire if those members are kinda expecting some good share from the site's revenue that the company could not deliver.

I know you have some great ideas on how to monetize your site but I think, at this time, you should focus more on attracting more users that will stay with or without profit shares.

For me, it's just a bonus if I earn something from using your site. I can't even suggest some as I'm not too familiar with profit sharing sites. But base on my experience as a blogger for more than 5 years now, traffic is a big factor to earn a handsome amount from ads. You may also want to sell ad space directly to cut off the middle man.

One nice feature that I saw on your site is the ability of a user to pin a post. You could use that as an ad space more like the twitter campaign. A user may choose to pin a post (from your advertiser) and a small token  would then be rewarded to such user.
