Introducing:

Jackpot Roulette - Roulette with a progressive jackpot.
Jackpot Dice - Clone Dice mark 2, better payouts and optional losing bet notification.
Slot Machines - Updated with more jackpot options and new games.

Calculated Current House Edge for jackpot games:

Do you ever do the mental maths to work out the games current payout by factoring in the available jackpot ?
Satoshi Roulette has taken it the next step and we now advertise the current edge for all jackpot games.
Be sure to watch out for games with a negative edge !!!

Back end updates:

Stronger, Better, Faster Wink

game info - curious about the game mappings and payouts ?, now you can easily review any game with this new tool.
For example, here is the mapping of the bet scissors in the game "Rock Paper Scissors Lizard Spock" http://satoshiroulette.com/game-info.php?game=rpsls-scissors&mode=BTC

txid lookup - Want to know the result of an old bet ?, simply look it up here:
http://satoshiroulette.com/txlookup.php?mode=BTC
tx information is available to lookup after a db refresh, the database is refreshed every hour.

Please stop by and checkout our new and improved Bitcoin, and altcoin casino Smiley

Wow, the odds are really close for you. Compare that with SD or other casinoes, you've gotta have a big bankroll to back that up to prevent a crash.

We also support the Alt coins LTC and PPC with TRC support coming soon Wink

So gamers are welcome to come and try out our games and their betting systems on a cheaper currency before playing with the big boys on BTC  Grin

So you have to have 0 confirmations right? Then any idea why payouts are taking so long? I got 1 fast payout on LTC using Jackpot dice and have yet to receive another, and none of mine on BTC Jackpot dice have come back as of this posting.

EDIT###
Never mind I figured it out. The Jackpot dice doesn't return a micro transaction to tell you that you lost.

That is correct, we do try to minimize blockchain spam Smiley

For our Jackpot Dice (clone dice v2) we decided to drop the losing payouts in favour of raising the winning multiplier.
Players can optionally pay to have a loss notification by sending their  bet in multibet that includes the address for 'Result only'.
'Result only' has the smallest min bet possible that covers sending the result as a micro payout.

I like the micro lotto to bet the free bitcoins I get daily Smiley

Thats a novel use of it, perhaps we should advertise dailybitcoins.
Thanks for the positive feedback.

Hello Marcusrider Smiley

Here is Code Monkeys subroutine for calculating the house edge for the maximum bet.

Code:
# g = game
# t = count of all possible results (eg roulette 37)
# w = winning numbers

function current_edge($g, $t, $w)
{
$l = $t - $w; # losing numbers
$j = jackpot($g);
$max_bet = max_bet($g);
$donation = donation($g) / 100;
$m = max_m($g) * $w * $max_bet; # round payouts
$rd = $l * $max_bet * $donation; # round donations
$total = $j + $m + $rd;

$payout = ($total / ($t * $max_bet)) * 100;

return 100 - $payout;
}

In Pseudo code:

payout = (total payout including jackpot / (number of results * maximum bet)) * 100
house edge = 100 - payout;

My opinion is that you should have a popup or something when clicking on bets, I thought the website was broken because nothing was happening, then I checked the url Smiley

I haven't tried Satoshi Roulette yet, but I get the impression it's like entering a state lottery. I won't go in with any expectation of making much of anything back!

Actually we give you a much higher chance of winning than the state lottery, You should try playing a few rounds and see for yourself Wink
Many of our games build jackpots, with a high enough jackpot you are playing a game with a negative edge.
For example, max bets on roulette single numbers currently have a house edge of -1.4355 % (round payout of 101.4355 % )

The easiest games to play will be our slot machines, checkout Easy Street or Baby Slot Machines.
These games have more chance of paying out than loosing, so I suggest trying them for newbie gamers.

Site has undergone a lot of changes. Max bets on LTC have been severely cut and many bet addresses for Jackpot Dice have been removed. Multi-betting is nearly impossible now. The game has clearly been focused more towards the house in every aspect. I enjoyed the site for quite awhile, but will be returning to SatoshiDice from now on. They just offer more addresses for multi-bets and higher max bets that can make up for losses if a bet fails. SatoshiRoulette.com has no appetite for risk and continues to trim away any player advantage any chance they can. Thanks for all the LTC to this point, but I'm convinced now that there's no way to make up losses from a session anymore.

Sorry guys, but I'm a fan and avid player here no more.

Hello Moose, Id like to address several of your misconceptions:

* Max bets on LTC have been severely cut and many bet addresses for Jackpot Dice have been removed.

Max bet is 25 LTC, we aim to support a max bet of ~ $50 and given LTC's current price 25 LTC does definitely do this and more Smiley

* The game has clearly been focused more towards the house in every aspect.

Simply not true, in fact we now offer the lowest house edge for any litecoin casino on our dice games (1.5%).

* They just offer more addresses for multi-bets and higher max bets that can make up for losses if a bet fails.

Im not exactly sure of your point here, but we do try to limit the risk of catastrophic failure for the house.

* SatoshiRoulette.com has no appetite for risk and continues to trim away any player advantage any chance they can.

I shall have to politely disagree, as one of the first casinos to support LTC, PPC, NVC & TRC we do consider ourselves risk takers.
