How long does it take to have responce from instawallet support?
After their unexpected maintenance on friday I have lost 32btc. Money have been sent to me while instawallet was on maintenance, but when they fixed up their service I haven't seen my money. According to blockexplorer the money have been transfered through my wallet to some other wallet (Of course I store acces to my wallet in secure place).
Instawallet haven't answered me since friday about this strange occasion (already 3 days passed!).
I can not make that transfer on myself because service was on maintenance, but money have been sent out of my wallet. Are they really haven't been hacked?
You should have gotten a response, have you looked in your spam folder ?
And no, nothing's been hacked, money moving from your address is normal, Instawallet is a shared wallet, you don't withdraw the same coins you put in.
unfortunately, i still have no response (both in my inbox either in spambox). I repeated my message to
support@instawallet.org, I hope they'll reply.

spellcheck of btc-address? It's correct because I see that money have came to wallet, but after confirmations (which seems to be happened while instawallet was down) they went out of my wallet...
Theoretically it's possible that someone stealed acces to my wallet. But if that is true why they stealed only money from last transaction, not all money from my wallet? I still have nonzero balance on my wallet (this means that only money from last transaction have been taken off from my wallet).
