My company chartered pay payment solutions ltd has been contracted by Ecowas,acronym for ECONOMIC COMMUNITY OF WEST AFRICAN STATES.
They want me to establish a Bitcoin and other altcoins exchange registration website and platform to do the following.
1.Regulate Bitcoin transactions above 10,000 USD
2.Determine the tax rate.
3.issue Bitcoin/altcoins exchanger licenses.
4.issue licenses to businesses that accept any altcoin
5.stipulate fines and penalties for default and modalities for enforcement.
6.engage with other regulatory authorities for bilateral agreement on combating use of altcoin for criminal activities.
I want to engage the services of experienced programmers that have used altcoins extensively.
